For me, wine is a bridge that links humans to each other, the nature surrounding them, as well as to the past while taking the future into consideration. It brings people together and starts conversations. I love sharing pieces of these connections with you.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Design from Jefferson University. I hold a WSET 2 certificate, waiting to sit level 3, as well as a Wines of Spain and Portugal Certificate from Cornell University. I recently received my Winemaking Certificate from Purdue University. I have worked in the wine retail side and in distribution sales as well as in the private event sector.
Survives on wine may sound silly and adolescent to you, and that is okay, my dark humor doesn’t work with everyone. But want to know what is actually behind the name? I survived cancer a few years ago, but due to side effects from surgeries and treatment, I had to give up my full time design career to pursue another career path. Years ago, I dabbled in wine and knew that one day I would circle back, however, I never had the time. Well, thanks (I guess???) to cancer, I had nothing but time to learn, research, explore and focus on wine. So, I am surviving because of wine, it has given me a second career and the hope for a long future in the industry.
